Here are some details on your presentation. If you have any questions about the conference, email email@example.com .
Poster Presenters: The limit for poster sizes is 120cmx120cm. There will be two sessions in which posters will be presented. You will be notified as to what session you will be part of and how much time you will have to mount your poster. Materials will be available for mounting. To get the most from your presentation, you should plan on staying with your poster most of the time. You will have the opportunity to talk to conference attendees about your work and meet people interested in similar topics.
Oral Presenters: Please bring your presentation with you. The session rooms will be equipped with computers so you do not need to bring your own. Please allow 15 minutes to present and 5 minutes for a question and answer session when you are planning your talk (a total of 20 minutes). Ideally you will keep your PowerPoint presentation to 10 slides or less to allow for plenty of discussion. You will be notified as to when you are expected to present.
